Ashutosh means:-

Ashutosh is name of Lord Shiva the destroyer. Legend has it that among the 3 primary gods (Brahma, Vishnu, Shiva) lord Shiva was the one most easily pleased. This behavior was used by demons to get powers which enabled them to rule the world.
Long story short the name Ashutosh means "one who is pleased easily" and hence Shiva was given this name.

Ashu means quickly or promptly or urgently. Tosh means to be contented or satisfied. Thus Ashutosh is someone who is quickly contented.
